Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us: frog.ur@proton.me

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use a model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.

Returns

You must return the goods within fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal.

• You are only liable for diminished value if caused by unnecessary handling
